Puerto Rican Yellow peppers

Puerto Rican Yellow-(Capsicum chinense)-The Puerto Rican Yellow pepper is a light-yellow pepper from the Island of Puerto Rico. It has a low habanero heat level and a nice blend of citrus sweet flavor. The Puerto Rican Yellow chiles have a lantern shape and are about an inch in length and less than a half inch in width. The skin is thin, so they are great for making a spicy seasoning powder. The Puerto Rican Yellow Chiles are also good for pickling and fresh salsa. The Puerto Rican chile plants grow up to 5 feet tall and are very productive.
